UI / UX

As a UX/UI designer, I create engaging and user-friendly digital platforms. I design and layout the visual components, such as buttons, menus, forms, and icons, that allow users to navigate and interact with the platform. This is called User Interface (UI) design. However, UI design is not enough to ensure a satisfying user experience. I also consider a range of factors that affect how users feel and behave when using the platform. This is called User Experience (UX) design.

To achieve a high-quality UX design, I follow a process that involves three crucial components: User Research, Heuristic Evaluation, and Usability Test.

User Research provides valuable insights into users' preferences, pain points, and goals.

Heuristic Evaluation helps uncover design flaws and suggests improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

Usability Test provides valuable feedback on the usability, efficiency, and effectiveness of the design.
